As a Traffic Analyst at our esteemed online casino, you'll be an integral part of our Marketing team, responsible for analyzing and optimizing traffic acquisition strategies. Your role will involve monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing our digital marketing efforts to drive user acquisition and retention. 🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Traffic Analysis: Monitor and analyze website traffic metrics, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Campaign Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media, email) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website performance and user experience, focusing on increasing conversion rates and maximizing player lifetime value.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our performance against industry peers, identify emerging trends, and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
• Data Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights, trends, and performance metrics to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in forecasting traffic and revenue projections, contributing insights to budget planning and allocation decisions.
• Testing and Experimentation: Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize landing pages, promotional offers, and marketing campaigns.
• Adherence to Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all traffic acquisition activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in traffic analysis and digital marketing.

   

🔍 Your Profile:

• Proven experience 2 years and more as a traffic analyst or in a similar role,
• Experience within the iGaming industry is a MUST HAVE
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), data visualization platforms, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to in terpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively
• Familiarity with performance marketing channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, social media advertising) and their respective metrics
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies, CRO techniques, and statistical analysis tools is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to evolving priorities and deadlines

• Knowledge of online gambling industry
