Marketing Manager to $4000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in content marketing, user acquisition, and marketing strategy development. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills and creative thinking, capable of driving growth and managing marketing campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Immediate Tasks (Next 3 Months):
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase traffic and user acquisition.
    • Create and test 10 marketing hypotheses, analyzing results to refine strategies.
    • Build processes for cooperation with the Sales Team.
    • Manage and optimize CRM systems (Hubspot) and other marketing tools (G-suite, Microsoft Excel).
  2. Short-Term Goals (Next 6 Months):
    • Develop a comprehensive lead generation and marketing system.
    • Build and lead a marketing team, setting clear expectations and strategies.
    • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform marketing strategies.
    • Address key projects/initiatives, ensuring accountability and effective decision-making.
  3. Ongoing Responsibilities:
    • Drive sustainable growth in revenue and other key metrics (e.g., 500k monthly revenue, 20% growth in registered users and unique visitors).
    • Balance organic and paid traffic sources (50/50).
    • Implement user analysis to better understand target audiences and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
    • Leverage blockchain knowledge to explore new marketing opportunities.
    • Educate clients and various stakeholders through tailored content, webinars, and influencer partnerships.
    • Develop strategies for both organic and non-organic traffic generation.
    • Manage content effectively to ensure alignment with SEO best practices and advertising strategies.

    • Ability to educate various stakeholders with different content through webinars, influencer partnerships, and other channels.
