We are searching for an experienced TL Key Account Manager to join the Kuna Pay team!

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of account executives and support staff.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
  • Monitor team performance, set goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and workload distribution.

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and ensure the continued growth of revenue.
  • Introduce new products and services to key accounts to drive additional revenue.

Coordination and Communication

  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer service to meet the needs of key accounts.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for their needs and priorities.
  • Be the connection between sales and customer support

Foster client engagement and product use

  • Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from key accounts promptly and effectively.
  • Provide clients with product information, training, and any necessary support to ensure they are satisfied with the company’s offerings.
  • Create loyal customers

Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor key account performance and ensure metrics such as sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction are being met.
  • Regularly report on key account metrics and activities to senior management.

Market and Industry Knowledge

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
  • Understand the key accounts’ industry, market, and challenges to better serve their needs.

Negotiation and Contract Management

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while meeting client expectations.
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Training and Development

  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales strategies.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and help them develop skills relevant to key account management.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the fintech industry, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Experience in identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling fintech solutions to existing clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective account management strategies.
  • Strong understanding of fintech technologies, platforms, and digital solutions.
  • Ability to analyze client data, market trends, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for client growth.
  • Experience in managing projects, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering solutions on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage client interactions and sales processes.
  • Experience in building team and team management.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of fintech industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
