The demand for Microsoft solutions and Innoware services is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the business need to abandon 1C and other russian systems. Thus, currently we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates for a position of Junior Project Manager!

You may not have the relevant experience, but the most important thing is strong academic knowledge in Project Management (university/courses) + your desire to become a PM, and we will definitely help you with this!

About projects: implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for Innoware clients. Most of the time, you will work with projects to implement the D365 Business Central ERP system, which is one of the world's most popular IT solutions for financial accounting and business process automation. More than 30 000 companies and 200 000 users work in Business Central, and the Innoware team has been successfully implementing this system for Ukrainian and foreign clients for 23 years. Your key tasks at the start will be:

• Monitoring and controlling the progress of project tasks.
• Communicating with project teams.
• Communicating with clients about organising status meetings, planning and moderating them.
• Preparing reports on task statuses, writing meeting minutes, and other documents required for managing projects.
• Preparing and approving timesheets with clients, submitting requests for invoices and acceptance acts, monitoring payments.

And then, as you grow professionally, you will expand your responsibilities to include the tasks and goals of an independent PM:

• Managing full project cycle.
• Planning project tasks, working with schedules, adjusting it if necessary.
• Maintaining 100% communication with clients on project management issues.
• Identifying potential project risks and minimising them.
• Participating in optimisation and automation of project management processes.

Stack: Microsoft Project Pro, Azure DevOps; Waterfall.

Our expectations of your knowledge and skills:

• You are currently studying for a master's degree or have already graduated in economic or IT/technical field.
• You have a strong academic record, analytical and logical skills.
• You have a strong knowledge of project management methodologies gained during your studies or courses.
• You have knowledge/skills in Microsoft Project or similar project management systems + advanced level of Excel (university/courses).
• You speak English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, and fluent in Ukrainian.

Soft skills: 

• Systematic approach, focus on results and high quality of work, proactivity.
• Teamwork, communicative.
• Willingness and readiness to learn a lot and develop in Project Management.
