Process manager (international project) Offline

The financial company “NovaPay” (NOVA group of companies) is looking for a Process manager for an international project.

Requirements:

• 2 and more years experience as process manager
• Experience in the Europe for the last 1-2 years in a bank or fintech and understanding of fintech products
• Gathering information from customers of various levels and competencies
• Experience of productive interviews and drawing up detailed follow-up
• Experience in teams implementing large-scale technological solutions
• Experience in describing high-level product tasks
• Project management experience in all cycles of the project life cycle
• Experience in conducting the development process at all stages of the project life cycleEnglish (at least intermediate)
• Jira, Slack, Miro, Figma and other tools for managing, visualizing, tracking project progress, storing and sharing documentation
• Understanding of fintech financial services
• Understanding the process of processing and executing payments
• Understanding the specifics of the main financial products (European payment systems, card products)

• General rules of conducting business communication in correspondence and negotiations with partners

   

Tasks:

• Conver concept into requirements (tasks creation and delivery)
• Collects requirements prom partners and combines into tasks to BA
• Supports partner’s calendar of activities on whitelable roadmap
• Administrates licensing roadmap with EUropean team
• Building process, creation of process register, procedures writing
• Building client flows
• Vizualization and presentation of processes with other departments
• Business requirements
