Web Technical Leader

Responsibilities:

• Technical supervision for several teams of frontend and backend developers, DevOps, and QA/QC engineers in Healthcare and Life Sciences domains.
• Delivery ownership: lead sprint planning & client demo meetings. Know-how to present and "sell" technical results to customers (technical or non-technical)
• Elicit and collect customer requirements, align customer expectations.
• Decompose epics and user stories into a backlog of detailed technical tasks.
• Estimate effort required to complete tasks.
• Oversee the timely implementation of tasks by a team of web developers, DevOps engineers, and QA/QC engineers.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Champion the implementation of clean code best practices throughout the development process.
• Collaborate with Ul/UX and management teams.
• Participation in technical interviews and final approval of candidates to the team.

• Take ownership of the project's technological success, ensuring solutions meet technical requirements, timelines, and best practices.

  
  Required Skills:

   

• Proven experience as Technical Leader or similar role, leading at least 5 people, including developers, testers, UI/UX designers, DevOps.
• Strong technical skills in Javascript (including frameworks like React, Angular, TypeScript), Python.
• Expert knowledge and implementation experience of software architecture patterns (Layered, Microservices, Event-Driven, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).

• High-load web/mobile applications development/refactoring experience.

  
  Desired:

   

• Machine Learning backend development experience, in particular LLM RAG
• Highload backend with Golang
• Cross-platform mobile frameworks (Flutter)
• Publishing mobile applications in App Store and Google Play

• Delivered at least one full-cycle web/mobile product
