Tech Lead (Node.js/Nest.js)

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead who can actively contribute to creation of a new solution for one of the biggest world platforms that works with Data and Product Identification. It is a global organization that has been developing standards for effective communication in product and logistics for more than 40 years. The company is an authorized Microsoft partner with offices in over 100 countries, serving more than 2 million businesses worldwide.
The company’s product portfolio includes a wide range of solutions that support identification, standardization, data management, and secure cloud-based information exchange

Key points:

• Long term replatforming initiative of several projects;

• Development from scratch;

• Active participation in system design;

• Skilled Architects, BAs, PMs in a team. 

Skills required:

• 7+ years of software development experience; 
• Commercial experience in Node.js (TypeScript, Nest.js);
• 5+ years of experience with DBs (SQL/Non-SQL/Document);
• Experience in developing, deploying, and debugging cloud-based applications using Azure; 
• To be familiar with other Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Azure AD B2C;
• Familiarity with one of the front-end frameworks;
• Upper-intermediate English is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in system design of the portfolio of applications;
• Leading the technical design and implementation of the solution;
• Developing a brand-new solution through MVP and beyond; 
• Collaborate with cross-functional team of architects, developers, business-analysists to implement the vision for the new generation of solution;
• Developing both back-end and front-end sides of a product;
• Work on integration with the internal and external systems as per business needs.

Will be a plus:
• Experience with GraphQL;
• Experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as ARM or Terraform; 
• Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based solutions, secure software development practices.
