Junior Business Development Manager (offline)

Spendbase is a global fintech company with a startup mindset dedicated to helping businesses optimize their spending on SaaS, cloud services, and corporate cards.

We are looking for a motivated and creative Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and help scale new BDM channels, including accelerations, conferences, and partnership programs.

Requirements:
 

  • Strong ability to formulate thoughts in writing and conduct professional business correspondence.
  • Confident B2 level English with excellent verbal communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Innovative mindset to find unique approaches in answering emails and engaging with stakeholders.
  • High motivation to learn quickly and develop new skills, with a strong interest in business development and partnership management.
  • Keen interest in the overall growth path of the company.

 

Will be a plus:

 

  • Willingness to learn basic design for creating presentations, posters, and one-pagers to support business development activities.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and source potential partners to drive business growth.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Build initial relationships with clients, creating a strong foundation before transitioning them to the sales team.
  • Participate in acceleration programs to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to business development.
  • Effectively pitch the company’s value proposition to potential partners and clients.
