Game Designer (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Create a high-quality experience for millions of our players worldwide
- Develop game concepts and game mechanics, analyze and improve existing ones
- Turn game concepts and ideas into clear and consistent technical documentation
- Build, manage, and set up a smart game economy to maximize revenue
- Work with game balance
- Monitor and control work at all stages in accordance with project specifications, goals and quality standards
- Cooperate with engineering department and analytics team
- Analyze competitors and market dynamics
- Develop and improve our game design department

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in game development
- Experience with Match 3 games, proven by a portfolio of published games
- Excellent understanding of human factors and ergonomics, visual aesthetics, basic of composition and colors, perception in game design
- Understanding approaches to monetization in free-to-play games
- Comprehensive knowledge of mobile games market
- Ability to estimate work efforts and meet deadlines
- Must be a responsible person, able to work with a team and have a passion for learning
- Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to art team on graphics and animation and to engineering team on functional specification
- Must be an adaptive, flexible and multitasking person
- Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge in the field of casual game development
- A profound understanding of game systems design: monetization, events, and others
- Ability to provide a reasonable solution from a player experience point of view and project needs

Would be nice to have:
- Experience with level design
- Experience and skills working with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in game analytics
- Experience with level editor
- Upper-intermediate/advanced English level
- Game release and publishing experience
