Chief Operating Officer located in Dubai Offline

We are looking for a motivated and seasoned leader for our partner company located in Dubai to direct efforts in orchestrating change management initiatives and advancing organizational development

and to lead the team forward.

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in business administration, management, project management or related field
• experience in fintech, namely in payments business
• experience in senior leadership roles in the payments industry with a proven track record of success in operational management, strategy development and execution
• strong understanding of business operations, including finance, sales, marketing, human resources and supply chain management
• excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results
• strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• demonstrated ability to drive change, innovate and adapt to evolving market dynamics and business challenges
• Fluent in English; French would be an advantage 

Responsibilities:

• lead change management initiatives and organizational development efforts to support growth, innovation, and scalability
• develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and performance across all functional areas of the company
• provide leadership and direction to department heads and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• collaborate with the CEO and other members of the executive team to define and execute the company's strategic goals and initiatives
• monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational data to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• drive revenue growth and profitability through effective resource allocation, cost management, and revenue optimization strategies
• oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions and systems to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve customer experience
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in all operational activities
• represent the company externally, including participating in industry events, conferences, and media appearances
