We’re looking for an experienced Ruby developer to become a member of our engineering team. You’ll define high standards of software quality, and become proactive in making all technical decisions. You may also understand the business needs and find the best solution to meet the requirements. 
    WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop, test, and maintain backend features and services;
• Implement security best practices to protect customer data;
• Help improve, expand and maintain our acquisition, applicant and customer APIs.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in backend and cloud development;
• Collaborate with other team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of working experience as a backend engineer.
• Experience as a backend developer with a focus on with Ruby/Ruby on Rails and RSpec or similar testing frameworks.
• Expertise with RESTful API conventions.
• Experience in SaaS development
• Experience with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc).
