Product Owner (Project Manager + Business Analyst)

Fulcrum is looking for a Product Owner (Project Manager + Business Analyst) to join our project!

About the project: It's a mobile application to share medical device documentation. So the medical device manufacturer, whether they're making pacemakers, catheters, little balloons to blow up arteries in the cart. They'll upload their documents to this application, and then their, medical device sales representatives can refer back to the application for looking at the documents. Then also the physicians, nurses, technicians, and send the hospital can go back to the app to look at the documentation.
Team: 2 Mobile (Swift, Kotlin), Back-end (NodeJS), QA, UI/UX Designer, Webflow developer, СТО

Requirements: 
— Min 3 years of experience in PO or BA position in IT;
— Min 2,5 years of experience as a PM;
— Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum or Scrumban in particular);
— Experience in conducting Discovery stage (take product from an idea to development);
— Experience with requirements elicitation techniques: workshopping, document analysis, interviews;
— Experience with requirements documentation through User Stories and SRS;
— Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products (both web and mobile);
— English level Upper-Intermediate (written and verbal).

Will be a plus:
— Experience in working with med-tech products.

Main responsibilities:
— Conduct Discovery for the product from scratch;
— Define product scope, backlog & prioritise them for the first and upcoming releases;
— Create, prioritize and keep up-to-date the product requirements;
— Work closely with development team (plannings, retro, 1-1s);
— Communication with internal and external stakeholders;
— Release planning & Progress tracking of delivery;
— Work with budget;
— Product backlog management: requirements gathering, documentation, task prioritization;
— Work with the development team: Sprint planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Retrospective, team support.
