About the Role

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product development or delivery.  This includes working closely with your release manager to ensure timelines are met, tough conversations are had, mitigation strategies are put into place, and transparency is taken to leadership for assistance when needed. 
• UI/UX alignment:  work with your UX counterpart to ensure new features in the backlog have wireframes and UI designs ready to go as a critical step in sprint planning.  This includes providing feedback on the designs and working with the UI team on design sprints as well as user acceptance testing. 

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science) or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience with JIRA or other similar tools.

1. Email Deliverability & Infrastructure

- Conduct full deliverability audits and perform deep technical analysis of spam placement issues across Tier-1 markets.

- Improve Inbox placement and optimize email performance across major providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.

- Integrate, configure, and manage external ESPs / SMTP providers within the Smartico ecosystem.

- Manage SMS routing through both global aggregators and local telecom vendors for Tier-1 GEOs to maximize DLR and delivery stability.

- Source, negotiate, and onboard local SMS providers where necessary.

- Build and scale WhatsApp and Telegram messaging infrastructure for trigger-based and bulk communication campaigns.

- Manage account pools, proxy infrastructure, and anti-ban strategies for messenger operations.

3. Integrations & Voice AI Solutions

- Integrate, test, and optimize AI Voice Automation solutions for player activation and reactivation flows.

This is a fast-growing German B2B SaaS product company that develops a universal operating system for fitness clubs. We are building the Gym Operating System—a large-scale B2B SaaS ecosystem for the digitization and automation of large fitness chains and wellness facility networks (billing, payment processing, AI chatbot integration, customer management).

This role turns product requirements into clear, buildable work for Engineering and keeps delivery structured from idea/requirement to release. The goal is to make product development faster and more reliable through clear stories, clean prioritization, functional testing, and better delivery processes.

Tasks:

• Turn requirements into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Break down complex topics into small, shippable increments
