Project Management Support & Scrum Master in Large Distributed Life Science Project in UA & Scandinavia.

Join Signum's dynamic and distributed software development team working on Datalyze, a cutting-edge data aggregation platform serving the Life Science industry in the Nordics. The platform supports a leading Business Intelligence platform out of Copenhagen, Denmark.

As the Project Management Support & Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects through efficient coordination, communication, and adherence to Agile methodologies.

Your role is instrumental for the team to succeed. By enabling efficient project administration, prioritization, and management decisions, you will enable the project delivery. Datalyze consists of some of the most visionary and skilled team members you will ever meet. You will learn and grow into a Scrum Master role as you familiarize yourself with the team, the professional area and the processes working closely with key stakeholders.

Need to have to succeed in this position:

  • Be organized and structured.
  • Knowledge of textbook Scrum and experience working in a Scrum team.
  • Hands-on experience with configuring and using Jira or ClickUp. Alternatively extensive hands-

    on experience with a similar tool.

  • Hands-on experience with rigorous wiki documentation e.g. WikiJS or Confluence.

 

Nice to have:

  • General knowledge of and experience with planning-oriented project management methods such as PRINCE2.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and experience supporting software development projects.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification with demonstrable experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • High-level understanding of data engineering and data science concepts.
  • High-level understanding of data governance and data lineage concepts.

Responsibilities:

 

Project Management Office

  • Assist team in scheduling project heartbeat and ad-hoc meetings – e.g. waves, sprints, workshops etc.
  • Capture both technical and business decisions and coordinate to ensure projects progress smoothly and meet deadlines.
  • Produce project presentations and business insights e.g. team performance.
  • Document and structure project progress and produce project reports.
  • Promote the project and team governance and follow up on the application of the governance.
  • Promote and follow up on improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain project documentation.

 

Scrum Master

  • Support the project management with Scrum Master tasks.
  • Assist ad-hoc with business analysis.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint

    reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the Scrum team remains focused and aligned on goals.

  • Serve as a mentor and coach to the Scrum team, fostering a culture of collaboration,

    continuous improvement, and accountability.

  • Remove impediments and roadblocks hindering the progress of the Scrum team to maintain

    momentum and ensure delivery of high-quality increments.

  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and the development team to ensure

    clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
