Senior Operational Specialist / COO Offline

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operational Specialist who wants to become a COO to oversee our operations and drive our M&A advisory services in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performance teams, executing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Mergewave Capital as part of Solus Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing M&A brokerage investment company specializing in the IT / Tech industry. We pride ourselves on our dedication to delivering top-notch services to our clients, and we are currently seeking a BDM to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance.
- Set up and monitor KPIs, OKRs and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
-  Working and supervising CRM 
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic goals.
- Lead, onboard, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a COO/CPO or in a similar operational role, preferably in M&A advisory or the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of M&A\IBA processes, strategies, and market dynamics.
- Knowledge or experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
- Basic understanding of internal mechanics and processes of IT outsource\outstuff, FinTech companies  
- Experience in analytical work and market research 
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
