Engineer - JavaScript Offline

In this role you will…

- Build Personal Health Manager - web-based patient EMR (NodeJS stack)

- Help building chatbot for diagnosing medical conditions and suggesting treatments

- Integrate chatbot with 3rd party APIs

- Help integrating chatbot with our React Native mobile app

- Implement Test Automation

You've got what it takes if you have…

- Production experience with the full cycle of building/testing/deploying web-based NodeJS app

- Working experience with ExpressJS / Koa frameworks

- Experience in algorithms and data structures

- A portfolio of projects demonstrating an eye for design and solving real-world user problems

- Proficient in one or more of JavaScript, Python, Java

- Experience consuming/publishing RESTful APIs

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

- English at a level where you can comfortably read and write

- BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience

Extra dose of awesome if you have…

- Production experience building Chat Bots

- Working experience with one or more of Amazon Lex, botkit.ai, dialogflow.com, wit.ai, luis.ai, IBM Watson...

- Experience with React Native

- Experience with Docker, AWS

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

- Competence in design/implementation for reliability, availability, scalability and performance

- Cognizant of modern database/storage technologies

- Fluent English
