Project / Product manager / Business Analyst $1200-1500 Offline

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate projects across various teams (Backend, Frontend, Design, and DevOps) to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

- Agile & Scrum Management: Employ Agile methodologies and Scrum techniques to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.

- Roadmap Development: Build and maintain the project roadmap, aligning short-term tasks and long-term goals with business objectives.

- Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between different service teams to enhance collaboration and project efficiency.

- Project Metrics: Understand and utilize key financial metrics such as LTV (Lifetime Value) and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) to drive project decisions.

- Project Health Monitoring: Regularly assess the progress and health of the project, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.

- Team Performance Monitoring: Oversee team performance, ensuring that all members are progressing towards their goals and contributing effectively to the project.

Required Skills:

- Agile and Scrum Expertise: Proven experience in managing projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams including engineering, design, and operational staff.

- Strategic Planning: Skilled in building actionable project roadmaps that reflect both immediate and long-term business goals.

- Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing project metrics to guide strategic decisions and improve project outcomes.

- Collaboration and Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments to achieve project objectives.
