SEO Manager (SERM)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SERM (Search Engine Reputation Management) Manager to join our remote team. As a SERM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage and enhance the online reputation of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SERM techniques, experience in managing teams or freelancers, and a track record of successful cases in grey hat/black hat SERM practices.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and implement SERM strategies for client projects

✔️ Monitor and track the information field in search engines' top positions

✔️ Manage negative content and publish PR materials to counteract it

✔️ Search for non-standard solutions and test hypotheses to achieve desired results

✔️ Maintain a positive image of the client's brand online

✔️ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute SERM campaigns effectively

Requirements:

✔️ 1 year or more of experience in SERM, specifically in grey hat/black hat techniques

✔️ Proficiency in English (B1+ level)

✔️ Proven track record of successful SERM cases

✔️ Experience managing teams or freelancers

✔️ Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and anti-detect browsers

✔️ Ability to develop and execute effective SERM strategies

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Skills:

✔️ Certification or training in SERM or related field

✔️ Knowledge of SEO principles and practices

✔️ Experience in crisis management and reputation repair
