Project Manager

Required Skills:

• Experience in project management roles within the finance sector for at least 2 years and more;

• English upper-intermediate level+;

• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;

• Knowledge of requirements management, and configuration management methodologies, along with corresponding support tools, i.e., JIRA, Confluence, etc;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills;

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise projects in the finance domain;

• Develop project documentation tailored to the financial context;

• Customer development, which also includes work with integrators and partners in addition to customers;

• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate and work effectively as a part of a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality financial services.
