Middle Project Manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the middle management level.

- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to elicit and document requirements effectively.

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

- Solid understanding of pre-sales activities, including proposal writing and client engagement.

- Ability to develop and maintain project plans, ensuring they align with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate project risks.

- Experience in resource management, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring optimal resource allocation.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring their adherence to project schedules and deliverables.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client engagement.

- Conduct thorough business analysis to gather and document project requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholders’ expectations.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Identify and assess project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

- Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation, budget allocation, and timely expense tracking.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and conflict resolution.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, conducting thorough testing and quality assurance activities.

- Continuously evaluate project performance and implement process improvements to enhance project outcomes.
