We are opening position - Head of Digital Marketing and Development.

Requirements:
+ 5 years experience on the positions Head of marketing/Digital Marketing Manager/Marketing Director/CMO.
Experience in digital marketing.
Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing teams: РРС and SEO, Design, Development and QA, Content.
Experience working with and building consensus across cross-departmental teams.
Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights.
Proven track record of effective budget planning and management.
Practical experience in promoting services in foreign English-speaking markets.
Understanding of methods of reporting, analysis, conversions, traffic channels, the ability to consolidate data from different sources.
Experience of work with a English-speaking customer service representative.

Will be a plus:
Level of English — Upper intermediate.
Experience as Sales manager or Project manager.
Experience working in digital agencies.
Deep understanding of IT development.
