Java Developer (WebLogic/Java EE)

Currently, we are seeking a skilled Java Developer with expertise in WebLogic and Java EE to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications, along with a readiness to work with legacy code. As a Java Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Your Profile:
- Proficiency in Java, along with hands-on experience with J2EE.
- Proven experience and a strong focus on WebLogic and Java EE technologies.
- Solid understanding of enterprise application development principles, including design patterns, MVC architecture, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience working with legacy code and the ability to adapt and enhance existing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using WebLogic and Java EE technologies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Maintain and enhance legacy codebases, ensuring compatibility and compliance with current standards.

You will be responsible for the design and implementation of our Software Development and Integrations projects with major international banking and insurance players.
