Who You Are:
You're a meticulous professional with sharp analytical and problem-solving acumen.
Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.
You possess a deep understanding of technology and its practical applications in business settings.

Responsibilities:
Clarify and document business/technical requirements and end-to-end business flows.
Assist in establishing optimal software delivery processes, ensuring smooth SDLC and dependency management.
Collaborate with the team to devise optimal technical solutions.
Create and maintain JIRA tasks.
Collaborate with architects on system enhancement strategies.
Coordinate releases and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Pre-analyze and plan future integrations.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a System/Business analyst.
Fluent/advanced English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
Ability to elicit requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
Proficiency in fintech and/or e-commerce domains.
Experience in drawing business flow diagrams.
Ability to prepare development tasks, technical design documents, and field mappings.
Solid grasp of technology including XML and JSON file structures, APIs, Kafka, databases, etc.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, LucidChart/Miro, etc.
Exceptional communication abilities are a must.
Project management experience is beneficial.
Demonstrated capability to handle multiple workstreams effectively.
