Head of Product / Senior Product Manager / CPO $3000-6000
We are looking for someone who can take over product management of few of our products impacting 500,000 daily users on mobile and desktop applications. An ideal candidate is someone who has worked on a successful SaaS or mobile apps mostly in B2C area and know hot to take this products to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Research: Identify market trends and opportunities through strategic research to inform product direction
Plan: Develop a clear product roadmap, setting priorities for feature development aligned with business goals
Communicate: Clearly convey the product vision, features, and tasks descriptions to ensure alignment with developers and stakeholders
Measure: Collect and monitor key product performance metrics, optimizing for market presence and customer engagement
Execute: Oversee the delivery of product initiatives, ensuring quality and efficiency. Conduct A/B tests to optimize features based on real-world feedback and market dynamics
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years as a Product Manager, managing products in a live production environment
Proven experience in setting up and managing data analysis tools, adept at utilizing data to enhance product decisions
Skilled in creating actionable roadmaps driven by market trends and customer insights
Proficient in product development techniques, UI/UX, including A/B testing, product and marketing analytics, and gathering user feedback
Proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills, capable of effectively articulating product strategies to diverse stakeholders
1st-month objectives
Understand Product and Market: Learn about the existing products, features, user demographics, and competitive landscape, including ongoing projects and the technology stack
Setup Analytics and Dashboards: Establish analytics and dashboards with key metrics to effectively monitor and analyze product performance
Strategize and Plan: Create a clear strategy and roadmap for at least one product, focusing on aligning key goals and milestones with overall business objectives
Next 6 month objectives
Deliver Key Features: Prioritize and execute the development of critical features that support the product's strategic objectives, addressing technical challenges and customer requirements
Optimize and Iterate: Utilize data from the new analytics dashboards to continuously enhance product features, making iterative improvements to boost user experience and functionality
Drive Growth and Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to increase product usage and market penetration, including refining marketing approaches and expanding into new demographics or regions
