Account and Partnership Manager (Blockchain) Offline

Team: Head of Sales, Sales manager, 2 Sales representatives

 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving customer success

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address client challenges effectively

• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers

• Previous upsell experience, with a focus on driving revenue growth within existing accounts.

• Experience in establishing and expanding a partnership network

• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively

• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services

• Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth targets and expand our business within existing accounts

• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver additional value to clients.

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact

• Lead partnership initiatives by identifying and establishing strategic alliances

• Expand our partnership network by proactively seeking new opportunities and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements

• Deliver engaging presentations to clients and partners, effectively communicating our value proposition and solutions
