Team: Head of Sales, Sales manager, 2 Sales representatives

Requirements:
β€’ 2+ years of experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing companies
β€’ Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
β€’ Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving customer success
β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address client challenges effectively
β€’ Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
β€’ Previous upsell experience, with a focus on driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
β€’ Experience in establishing and expanding a partnership network
β€’ Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
β€’ Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English

Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services
β€’ Develop and execute account plans to achieve growth targets and expand our business within existing accounts
β€’ Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver additional value to clients.
β€’ Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
β€’ Lead partnership initiatives by identifying and establishing strategic alliances
β€’ Expand our partnership network by proactively seeking new opportunities and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements
β€’ Deliver engaging presentations to clients and partners, effectively communicating our value proposition and solutions
