Content manager
A dynamic and rapidly growing online international company, is seeking a highly skilled Content/Chat Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing content creation and managing our chat platform. You will lead a team of 12 writers and handle various tasks related to content creation and chat platform development.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage user profiles, including writing welcome messages and automated responses for all messages on the platform.
- Lead a team of 12 writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality content production.
- Develop content strategies to engage users and enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features for the chat platform.
- Monitor user activity and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the platform remains competitive and innovative.
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content management, preferably in the online chat industry.
- Excellent writing skills with proficiency in English language.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Experience with chat platform development and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
