Full-stack developer

RedCat is partnering with a fast-growing proptech startup, to find a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team!

THE PROJECT

Core idea is to use AI to unlock the full potential of real estate buildings, by providing a decision-making platform for buy/sell/invest operations.

Who We Are Looking For:

Passionate software engineer with a keen interest in AI and feels comfortable using the best-fitting programming language for each task.
A "builder" who thrives in a fast-paced environment, creating impactful products alongside a multicultural team (including real estate experts and experienced founders)
A person with a wide background, still open to learning fast on the go, and a lot.

Responsibilities:

- Full-stack ownership: from concept to deployment, you'll define crucial platform components
- Lead and build various services, ensuring high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Own the vision and technical strategy for each task
- Collaborate closely with engineers & real estate specialists to integrate new features, enhancing user experience
- Introduce new tools and best practices to elevate the team
- Contribute to code and architecture standards

Your Skills (MUST part):

- Strong communication and a creative, out-of-the-box mindset
- 4+ years of full-stack web development experience
- Back-end expertise (Java, NodeJS, Go, or Python - 2 of the list minimum)
- Microservice architecture experience
- Strong React or TypeScript proficiency
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

Will Be A Plus:

- Experience with machine learning and server-side rendering web applications
- Experience building highly-available production services (continuous deployment, monitoring, scaling)

Recruitment Process:

- CV submission
- Test task ( takes as much time as you want to invest in it, as it is very general)
- Interview with HR/TA (45 min)
- Technical interview with Client’s CTO (1 hour) and then meet Client's Founders Team.
