React Engineer Offline

Job Description:

We're seeking a React Engineer with at least two years' experience to join our dynamic team. You'll be primarily focused on constructing and maintaining high quality, performant and scalable user interfaces for our AI platform. Our AI platform allows us and our customers to work with AI agents, create campaigns, monitor performance of those bots, etc.

As any other full time member of our team, you will have a secondary responsibility of advancing our internal use of AI, in your case - design to front-end automation.

While direct AI development isn't your responsibility, you will gain exposure to advanced AI techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize user interfaces for our AI products, ensuring their quality, performance, and scalability.

- Build reusable UI components that will be used across multiple products

- Learn (with team’s help) and implement generative AI related technologies on the frontend

- Occasionally build integrations with different systems that can be used as AI interface, such as Slack apps, Chrome extensions, etc.

- Work with multiple authentication modules such as OAuth, Firebase Auth, and others.

- Be part of a product team that closely works with customer feedback, a/b testing and various UX experiments to improve AI interfaces.

- Collaborate on strategic decisions about frontend architecture and product development.

- Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations, and drive their implementation.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a TypeScript React engineer.

- Proficiency in working with the React ecosystem - state management, routing, hooks, components.

- Very solid experience with HTML5, SASS/CSS, responsive design.

- Experience building reusable components (Storybook).

- Understanding of UI/UX, A/B testing, attention to detail.

- Understanding of REST API and how to work with it.

- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with working in a fast-paced startup environments

- Good to have: Experience with NextJS, Node and PostgreSQL
