Affiliate Marketing Manger

As our Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our partnerships and expanding our market reach.

Job responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives in the SaaS sector.
- Network Management: Actively manage and expand relationships with affiliates and partners, particularly focusing on optimizing and leveraging our presence on platforms like CJ Affiliate.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate programs, using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate affiliate efforts with broader marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and brand consistency.
-Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners, providing training and resources to ensure they are effective promoters of our products.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all affiliate marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and best practices within the industry.
- Innovation and Advocacy: Stay updated with the latest trends in affiliate marketing and advocate for new tools and technologies to enhance our affiliate programs.

Required qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in affiliate marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated experience working with major affiliate networks, with a strong preference for expertise in CJ Affiliate.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
