Our company has been operating in the Amazon FBA business for 7 years. We are selling Home & Kitchen items on the USA market. The main goal of our company is to provide freedom, self expression at work and financial stability to all those

involved in the company.

 

A bit about our team structure:)

We have an Operation Department, which includes an Inventory Manager and PPC/SEO specialist, and a Marketing & Research department which consists of Department Manager, a Product Developer Manager and a Creative Manager. All our team members are located in the Philippines. We are a fully remote company with an open communication policy.

 

And now it is time to invite the Operation Department Manager to our team.

 

 

Technical Skills:

➡️min. 1 year of proven experience in working for an Amazon FBA business.

➡️min. 1 year of proven experience in team leadership.

➡️proven experience in managing inventory & shipping to Amazon FBA.

➡️experienced with creating and tracking SOP's and KPIs.

➡️analytic skills - ability to make calculations and analyze data.

➡️experienced working with Excel.

➡️good English (written and verbal communication).

➡️stable internet connection, computer or laptop with at least 8G memory , SSD hard drive , and I5 processor or equivalent.

➡️autodidact - with ability to learn by yourself from written or video materials on English Advantages.

➡️Experienced with tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10 and Keepa, Advanced Excel knowledge

 

Personal Skills:

➡️great analytical skills - you are a person who can read numbers and make conclusions.

➡️self learner - ability and willingness to independently acquire new knowledge, skills, and competencies.

 

Responsibilities

✅Inventory Management - monitor Inventory level, make forecasting based on sales data and organize orders and shipping before out of stock.

✅Performance Analysis – Analyze product performance data and build improvement plans for products with profit or sales problems.

✅SOP and KPI tracking and building - track existing KPI, come with new more effective KPI and improve process and build SOP's

✅PPC Management – analyzing and optimizing PPC advertising numbers.

✅SEO management – build plans based on data on how to improve product ranking for important K W's on Amazon.
