Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Client-Side Developer with expertise in Flutter and native mobile and desktop development to drive our expansion from mobile to desktop platforms. In the initial phase, you will have to port the existing flutter application to the desktop platforms with all necessary adjustments. Further on, you will be leading the further development and improvement of the client apps on all platforms, both mobile and desktop. The successful candidate will demonstrate a profound understanding of UI/UX design across platforms, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and be committed to delivering seamless and secure user experiences.

Responsibilities

- Lead the adaptation and scaling of our existing mobile applications to desktop platforms, with new developments where required for proper adaptation.

- Oversee the development and maintenance of our applications across both mobile and desktop platforms using Flutter and native technologies.

- Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure robust, secure communications between the applications and our servers.

- Guide the implementation of user interface designs, ensuring adherence to platform-specific standards and user expectations.

- Champion ongoing optimization of application performance, addressing platform-specific challenges as they arise.

- Drive the continuous enhancement and development of both mobile and desktop versions following initial launches.

- Conduct and oversee code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting processes to ensure application reliability and security.

- Stay abreast of the latest trends in mobile and desktop technologies and cybersecurity, ensuring our applications remain at the technological forefront.

- Mentor existing junior developer and contribute to team skill enhancement. Be a core for the future potential team expansion.

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in mobile development with Flutter and native Windows/macOS/Linux/iOS/Android development.

- Proven track record in managing full lifecycle software development projects across multiple platforms.

- Strong familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs.

- Deep knowledge of OOP design principles.

- Demonstrated ability in writing secure code and understanding security protocols and data protection.

- Previous experience in security-related field applications is highly advantageous.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

- Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
