Senior Business Analyst (offline)

We're hiring a Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare) to join our team. You'll be the vital link between our stakeholders and our development teams, ensuring that our healthcare projects meet their needs effectively. Your expertise in healthcare systems and processes will drive innovation and efficiency, ultimately improving patient care.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document requirements for healthcare projects.
Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather input and prioritize tasks.
Assist in the development of test plans and validation of software functionality.
Mentor junior business analysts and share your expertise in the healthcare domain.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in life science.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards is a plus.
Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred.
Passion for driving positive change in healthcare.
