Architect/CTO in AI/ML Product SaaS Company to $5000

ROIFORCIO GmbH (Austria, R&D in Ukraine) is looking for Architect/CTO for Development Management and Product Architecture Design (JavaScript, PHP...mobile applications). Full remote work, Team is in Ukraine

High education

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in Software Development in a role of  Architect/CTO in AI;

- Experience with different technical projects, including AI, high loadind apps

- Experience in startup environment 

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Experience in managing distributed teams of 10+ people

- Experience in managing a team of technical specialists

- Strong understanding of Scrum process;

- Strong experience in JIRA - for example create burnout dashboards, managing releases & set up custom filters;

- Strong risk management skills

- High responsibility and discipline;

- Good understanding of  SDLC and development pipelines

- Experience with Git and understanding branching principles.

- Experience in development Golang, JS, Laravel, Microservice Architecture are welcome

- experience of team management, planning, delegation, and control

- Math and Data Science knowledge

- Experience in technical specs and sketch writing

- Ability to read databases’ schemas

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS

- Computer Science education background

- Knowledge of English at Intermediate level

Duties:

- Product with AI/ML technologies architecture design

- Development Team management using Scrum/ Kanban;

- Writing technical specifications with interface sketches acceptance

- Acquiring teams: interviewing new team members;

- Lead the Development Team in the design, development, and maintenance of Product - Web service, Mobile Application,

Integration with external applications.

- Oversee the integration of third-party exchanges and services through API and WebSockets.

- Drive the development and implementation of new platform features, including AI functionalities.

- Ensure a solid understanding and implementation of service-oriented architecture

- Collaborate with Top Management and cross-functional Teams to align technology strategy with business goals.

- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Technological Stack: Jira, AWS, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, D-ID, Azure, Salesforce, HubSpot, GitLab, Gmail.
