Regular/Senior Automation Test Engineer (Cypress)

Project Description:
The developed product is the leading software system in the Energy domain covering all aspects of Oil&Gas production from geological exploration to optimization of ongoing production. Our technology solution helps geologists and geophysicists to research, visualize and interpret large volumes of geological data.
Our product allows third parties to bring all the relevant information on a single platform and helps provide the flexibility to co-innovate alongside to plan, design, and deliver safe, cost-effective, and productive wells. It allows users to rapidly test different interpretations, while also integrating interpretation data into workflows, providing automated updates and changes.
Work supposes close cooperation with Customer team located in Houston and following Agile principles.

Responsibilities:
- Create Test Plans and Cases
- Build Testing Infrastructure
- Establish Quality Assurance Processes
- Monitor and Report Testing Progress to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, issues, and risks.
- Drive Continuous Improvement
- Test system modules and their integrations, participate in requirements review

Mandatory Skills Description:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in software testing and quality assurance roles, with a focus on building testing processes from scratch.
Proficiency in Cypress
Familiarity with TestRail, qTest, or similar tools
Experience with Confluence/Jira
Experience working in an Agile setting
Previous experience testing Angular applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Some exposure to GitLab or GitHub.
Some experience with Figma or similar
