Project Manager with Experience in a Marketing Agency (offline)
Seeking a Proactive Project Manager to Join the Daniliants Ventures Team!

Position:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to assist our PM with daily standups, task assignments, task creation, and follow-through, ensuring project goals are met on time.
What We Expect from You:
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within marketing or/and IT sectors.
- Experience in managing a team of at least ten people.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Deep knowledge of full-cycle development or/and marketing processes.
- Experience managing projects through the entire life cycle — from inception to launch.
- Ability to predict risks and seek to proactively prevent obstacles.
- Ability to effectively manage project budgets, including cost estimation, expense monitoring, and adherence to financial constraints.
- Ability to clearly set tasks for the team.
- Ability to establish a well-coordinated teamwork, keep the team focused and direct them to their goals.
Plus Points:
- Experience with project management tools such as Proofhub, Hubstaff.
- Having the proper certification in project management.
- Understanding the principles of digital marketing and SEO promotion.
Key Soft Skills and Qualities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Holding daily standups with the team.
- Organize the team's work, set tasks, monitor the timing and quality of execution.
- Work with project priorities, create a prioritized task backlog.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, identify and eliminate potential delays.
- Analyze the team's work, looking for vulnerabilities and ways to improve efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation.
- And love the team and enjoy common successes :)
