Middle ReactJS Developer (offline)

Looking for a Middle React Developer to join our team. It is a one of the biggest logistics company in Ukraine and US. They offer modern facilities, cutting-edge equipment. The team consists of experienced seniors. The project has clear and understandable processes (Scrum).

Requirements:
▪ 3+ years of software engineering experience.
▪ 3+ years of experience with React.
▪ Experience with state management libs (Redux, MobX, etc.).
▪ Good knowledge of Typescript.
▪ Testing with Enzyme/Jest.
▪ Good knowledge of HTML5/CSS.
▪ Experience with Webpack.
▪ Experience in application frontend scalability, performance and security.
▪ English — at least an Upper-Intermediate level.

Nice to have skills:
▪ Experience building applications with NodeJS.
▪ Experience with Styled Components.
▪ Good knowledge of RxJs.

Responsibilities:
▪ Collaborate closely with our product team to translate the business vision into highly performant UX/UI for our applications.
▪ Maintain code to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
▪ Take ownership of the delivery process for all our applications and make sure that they successfully get shipped to production.
▪ Create high quality standards and coding best practices for the team.
▪ Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the codebase and our processes.
▪ Be obsessed with the entire platform performance and constantly check our metrics to find out key areas to improve.
▪ Genuine interest in the product and constantly suggest ways to improve the user experience.
