Customer/Technical Support Specialist (offline)

Ubidex is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our professional and friendly team. The ideal candidate is passionate about using analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. To succeed in this role, the candidate should have relevant digital experience and have previously held any of the following positions: Account Manager, Customer Support, or Tech Support in an AdTech company or similar


Responsibilities

- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries related to platform usage, including "how to" questions and product issues.
- Investigate and diagnose client-reported issues, working closely with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and issue resolutions, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on all client inquiries.
- Monitor platform performance and identify potential issues or trends, proactively addressing them to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our products and services based on client feedback and support insights.
- Provide guidance and assistance to clients with manual data export/import processes as needed.
- Monitor and analyze data for discrepancies with traffic providers, proactively addressing any issues to maintain data integrity and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

- At least two years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Support or Tech Support in the Adtech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Analytical skills to troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems.
- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as Postman and browser console debug is a plus.
- Spoken Ukrainian and English as a must.
