Product Team Leader
Responsibilities:
Provides professional guidelines and manages a team of POs.
Follows and executes the product's road map and works with Game Design / Strategy to outline / modify the game roadmap where applicable.
Optimizes project management workflows and acts as a focal point to transfer the business needs to the team
Keeps up to date on all CS / PSI incidents for games (along with PO), making sure they are addressed in a timely manner.
Acts as the "voice" of the Division (as it relates to games) when interfacing with an app's R&D, Marketing, Monetization, Customer Service, VIP, GM, etc.
Development timelines, release plans, features support, game usability support, etc.
Evaluates and recommends process improvements to streamline communication and development.
Game Presentations to SLS, CS, MM, etc. when completed.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
At least 2 years of experience as a Manager of Product Owners.
Proven track record in leading and coaching Product Management initiatives, best practices, and methodologies.
Experience in Gaming industry will be a plus.
Great communicator, that can explain the rationale of any decision, strategic or tactical. You can motivate, lead, and champion people, teams, and products without “formal” authority.
Analytical and experienced in working with both qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
Upper-Intermediate English Level.
