- You will be a member of a "L2/L3" tech support team, responsible for managing the process of identifying the underlying root cause of highly technical and complex issues. 

- Your role will be to communicate between Playtika business and technologies teams. 

- You will work in post processing issues inside cross-functional team to provide solid support to business and technologies with a high degree of satisfaction and technical expertise

- Manage queue of incoming inquiries, determine their prioritization and address them appropriately within SLA.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Since, or relevant engineering/science fields

• Optimize of the game to meet modern standards of performance and usability, ensuring seamless smooth gameplay

Requirements:

• 4+ experience with JavaScript and Typescript
• SOLID, IoC, OOP, Software Design Patterns, client/server architecture
• High comfort level extending and improving an established codebase
• Experience unit testing or functional testing, instrumentation, and test harnesses

Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of the Test Automation Framework.
• Establishment of test scripts, test suites, and libraries for the automated test system.
• Maintenance and improvements of CICD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Maintenance of the fully integrated test automation focused on the infrastructure part of a client application.
• Analysis of product quality related to data and develop automation projects from quality improvement to actively ensure product quality.
• Functional and non-functional test automation coverage.
• Work closely with the different departments, technical & business.

• Identify new approaches to automation and new tools that can help to automate manual tests.

   

Requirements:

• Experience as a Automation QA Engineer at least 5+ years 
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with automation tools: Playwright.
• Experience with Jenkins / TeamCity.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Excellent problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience in testing applications - both for client & server side.
• Experience in building test infrastructure and tools.
• Experience in software development and test automation/design experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Design patterns / Algorithms.
• Quality assurance/testing experience.
