**Product Development Manager

We are seeking a candidate with a unique blend of skills and qualities to lead our product development efforts and effectively manage our team. This individual should possess a deep understanding of user experience (UX), proficiency in user interface (UI) design, and ideally, familiarity with CASDEF. They should also demonstrate strong leadership qualities to guide the project and development team successfully.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of economic principles and market dynamics to devise and execute product strategies aligned with our business goals, and must be capable of making data-driven decisions to prioritize features and investments that will yield tangible benefits for the company.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring alignment with UX/UI principles and market needs.
2. Manage and coordinate the development team, overseeing tasks, timelines, and budgets to deliver high-quality results.
3. Develop and execute product strategies that reflect market trends and user feedback, driving the project towards commercial success.
4. Analyze market data and user insights to inform decision-making and prioritize feature development.
5. Oversee day-to-day project operations, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and finance, to support product launches and ongoing market success.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, incorporating best practices into product development efforts.
8. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and milestones to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

This role requires a candidate who can not only deliver a superior product but also steer the project in a direction that maximizes its value to both users and the company. Proficiency in English at least at the C1 level is mandatory.
