Required skills

⁃ 3-5 years of experience as a traffic manager in complex (grey) niches.
⁃ Successful experience working with sources of adult/dating traffic and achieving KPIs on ROMI
⁃ Strong analytical skills, with a focus on setting up processes, measuring performance, and driving conversions in various contexts
⁃ Experience in ideating, testing, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
⁃ Experience with or knowledge of managing or working with farms
⁃ Experience and established contacts within the developer community
⁃ Proficiency in various anti-detect browsers (incog, dolphin, ads power) and other stuff

Responsibilities:

⁃ Lead Generation Flow Development: Crafting from scratch the lead generation flow, followed by its continuous optimization to enhance efficiency and performance.
⁃ Contractor Management: Identifying and managing up to 10 contractors, ensuring that they align with project goals and deliver on expectations.
⁃ Efficiency Monitoring: Overseeing all marketing funnels, with a keen eye on measuring and analyzing their effectiveness to drive better results.
⁃ Farm Operations: Working with existing farms and initiating the creation of new ones, managing their operations to optimize for performance.
⁃ Technical Team Management: Leading the technical team, coordinating tasks and projects to ensure smooth operation and integration of various components.
⁃ Resource Provisioning: Ensuring the team has all the necessary supplies and resources required for seamless and efficient operation, including software tools, subscriptions, and any other essentials for the marketing and technical operations.
