Lead Generation Manager (offline)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Manager to join our marketing team. As a Lead Generation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and acquiring high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B lead generation, digital marketing, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation
- 2+ years of experience working in outstaffing/outsourcing companies
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Experience with tools like Lemlist, Apollo, Snovio, Folderly
- Proven results in email campaigns performance
- Experience working with Upwork
- Experience with Linkedin outreach (automation tools and customized touch)
- Ability to generate new ideas for lead generation channels and process
- Proactivity, being a team member
- Proficiency in Ukrainian

Will be a plus:
- Experience with Pipedrive, Hubspot, Zoho CRM, etc.
- Experience with full-cycle sales

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Deliver presentations on company services
- Creating email sequences
- Generating ideas for new campaigns
- Maintain CRM activities
- Exploring new channels for lead generation
- Performing upwork bids
- Generating cover letters for Upwork bids
- Search of new potential lead via other channels (for instance, partnerships/referrals, etc)
- Meeting KPIs
- Collaborate with other team members on sales department activities
