We're looking for a proactive Business Analyst with a strong technical background, ideally with programming experience. You should have a solid understanding of building microservices architecture and integrating it with various services. Your ability to analyze gaps and identify potential risks will be crucial in driving our projects forward. A knack for clear communication and a problem-solving mindset are key to succeeding in this role.

Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business analytics and requirements management;
- In-depth knowledge of web3 technologies and blockchain;
- Ability to analyze and research business requirements and formulate technical specifications. Experience in backlog management;
- Experience working with external contractors, partners and customers;
- Proficiency in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and assessing user needs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with Stakeholders: Communicate clearly to understand and document their needs;
- Research Integrations: Understand the technical details of product integrations;
- Collect Requirements: Gather and clarify project requirements for the team;
- Manage the Backlog: Prioritize tasks to keep development focused and on track;
- Identify Risks: Spot potential issues in products early, suggesting solutions;
- Work with Developers: Ensure the team understands what's needed for each task;
Analyze the Market: Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to guide our strategy;
- Document Everything: Create clear documentation for both technical teams and stakeholders.
