Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Lead UI/UX design for our complex decentralized futures platform, among other projects.

Engage actively with Product Owners, contributing your expertise to improve design processes, including the creation of design artifacts as needed.

Initiate and conduct user research, sharing your insights to enhance our team's understanding and application of user-centered design principles.

Develop responsive UI designs for a variety of platforms, including mobile apps, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience.

Employ best practices in design to create wireframes, responsive UIs, and contribute to the style guide.

Deliver detailed design specifications and work closely with the development team for implementation.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design.

Ability to design intuitive interfaces for both desktop and mobile applications.

Experience or a strong interest in user research.

Proficiency in creating wireframes, responsive UI designs, and maintaining style guides.

Portfolio showcasing expertise in UI best practices and user-centric design solutions.

Experience with complex platforms such as trading terminals, fintech products, SaaS, or similar is a big plus.

Knowledge of blockchain technology is beneficial, but not essential.

The hybrid schedule includes 2 days of office work and 3 days of remote work
