Game Designer (offline)
Responsibilities:
Creating a step-by-step project/game plan with mechanics, player interaction systems, events, etc.
Understanding of level design (creating levels/balanced maps)
Understanding of user experience and human psychology
Partial knowledge in each area (3D design, programming, user interface design). Knowledge in each area is necessary for effective collaboration between team members, task sorting, and merging of design and programming departments.
Creative thinking (vision and representation of how the end product should look) and analytical thinking (understanding the most important, priority functions, implementation of which requires more time)
Experience and knowledge in product improvement through visual effects, user feedback, sounds, etc.
Ability to draw (express ideas in sketches)
Basic requirements:
Experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of game mechanics
Experience working with Unity
Knowledge of 3D Max/Maya packages - an advantage
