Head of Product / Product Manager / CEO
Exagra Ltd is a young IT and digital media company with a focus on developing in-house products. Our scope of interests lies at the intersection of the iGaming, media, and crypto industries.
We’re building a new, high-quality review platform in the iGaming space (affiliate marketing) - think AskGamblers-level product but with a sharper, modern edge. We’re not just launching another review site; we’re creating a scalable brand. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Product who will lead this vision from the ground up.
This is a key leadership role with long-term potential. You’ll have full ownership over the product and the freedom to make meaningful decisions.
About you:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar) in the affiliate marketing industry, preferably iGaming; exceptional candidates from other web media domains will be considered if they demonstrate deep product expertise
- Strong grasp of UX/UI principles - aesthetics and usability must go hand in hand
- Understanding of various traffic acquisition channels (SEO, paid ads, influencer marketing, SMM, PPC) with a clear focus on SEO
- Ability to stay ahead of digital trends, especially with regard to AI integration
- Excellent time and priority management - capable of setting and hitting realistic deadlines without micromanagement

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle development of the platform - from infrastructure and architecture to partner integrations and monetization
- Build and manage a lean, high-performing team (know when to hire in-house vs outsource)
- Shape the product’s UX/UI - we believe a great product must look great
- Create and execute strategic roadmaps and report regularly on KPIs
- Plan and manage the product budget responsibly
- Establish and grow affiliate partnerships in the iGaming space
- Ensure alignment with SEO, marketing, and branding goals from day one
