Requirements:
- Proven history of success in partnerships or similar roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with the skill to identify and prioritize opportunities that will have a significant impact.
- Exceptional people and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both in writing and speaking.
- Proficient negotiation skills, with a track record of formed partnerships.
- Ability to analyze market trends, ecosystem dynamics, and performance data to guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for building strong relationships, managing and growing the partnerships team to increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and generate new revenue.
- Identify and analyze opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, or new initiatives that have high potential and align with our strategic goals, and could potentially contribute to the company’s growth.
- Work closely with the partnership team to ensure a scalable, high-touch approach to drive value to our partners, affiliates and influencers.
- Monitor the performance of partnerships and initiatives, evaluating their impact on our business.
- Track and improve the process of the partner’s management, pipeline tracking and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders on Product, Marketing, SEO, Content and Support Teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, resellers and B2B partners.
- Budget planning and team performance tracking.
- Research and outreach for new opportunities and partnerships, negotiate partnerships and agreements with companies that are beneficial and ensure long-term success and sustainability.
- This role requires travel to meet with ecosystem partners and attend relevant industry events.
