Develux is an IT consulting and software development company with products for the US market and outsourcing services worldwide. The company has been on the market since 2014 and has achieved perfect results in our four business units. We have 320+ goal-oriented, passionate specialists who are open to new challenges.
How old is the project? What stage is it at?
In Develux, we are creating the HR-Tech product to bring more efficiency to the recruitment/HR processes for candidates, employees, and employers. Currently, it is actively developed by a startup-spirited team of product managers, designers, devs and QA’s. Public release will be announced soon, so to speed up the delivery and maintain the higher product quality, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. The role of the Business Analyst is pivotal in our team, involving the comprehension of business requirements, conversion into technical specifications, collaboration with design and technical teams, and ensuring that the resulting product adheres to specified requirements while providing value to the business. This entails the creation of diverse documents, including prototypes, product requirement documents, and technical documentation.
What to do in a project?
Primary goal: prototype features from A to Z and deliver them together with the Product team.
Validate feasibility of business requirements received from a Product manager.
Collaborate with Design, Development, QA teams to prototype new features.
Design documentation necessary for feature delivery: functional and non-functional requirements, use cases (incl. user scenarios), ERDs & data structure.
Together with Design team, prepare UX & UI prototypes.
Host design reviews to approve feature designs with Product managers and stakeholders.
Be responsible for the change management (versioning).
What professional skills are essential to us?
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills are crucial for interpreting complex data and understanding business processes.
- Project management skills can be beneficial. This includes understanding project timelines, milestones, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Does the job come with a probation period, and if so, how long does it last?
Yes, there is a three-month probation period.
- What is the expected work schedule?
Full-time, flexible, please start no later than 11:00 (on average 8 hours per day). The office in Kyiv is open from 9:00 to 20:00. You can work remotely and also you can choose hybrid mode where you can combine working on-site and remotely.
- How many vacation and sick days are provided?
Annual paid vacation – 21 working days;
Paid confirmed sick leave;
6 unconfirmed sick days/days off a year.
What social package and benefits are offered?
-English courses (up to 80 USD/month after successfully completing the probation period).
-Compensation for the cost of a subscription sports center (up to 80 USD/month after successfully completing the probation period).
-Medical insurance (50% after successful completion of the probation period) or $200 a year for health care.
