Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Product to lead the development and evolution of our fitness application. As the Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the product, driving innovation, and ensuring its success in the market.

Responsibilities

- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with the company's overall objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and effectiveness of product initiatives.
- Champion a user-centric approach, advocating for the best possible user experience and usability standards.
- Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
- Manage and mentor a product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors, to gather insights and drive product adoption and growth.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry developments, evaluating their potential impact on the product and business.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of success in product management roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of the mobile application industry, including market dynamics, customer needs, and trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Experience working in agile development environments, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Passion for health, fitness, and technology, with a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives through innovative products and solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and produce results
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to work towards achieving results.
