Upwork Lead Generation Manager Offline

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented person to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist and help us to achieve our business goals and objectives by providing sales and marketing support.

 

Your main responsibility will be generating new leads through specific platforms and emails.

 

Responsibilities:

- Lead generation and prospecting through Upwork

- Schedule online meetings with prospective clients for the CEO

- Data sourcing based on ICP

- Preparing and sending proposals

- Communicating with new clients messaging

- Working with CRM

 

Requirements:

- Proven successful experience with a focus on Web dev services

- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills in English

- Passion to deliver results and remarkable achievements

- Positive thinking and proactive person

- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

 

As a bonus:

- Strong sales process understanding

- Familiarity with web development processes, methodologies, and technologies

- Experience with CRM (Pipedrive, Zoho, Hubspot)
